The owner approached us to assist in completing a $6.5 million single-family project in Vancouver, BC, which had been stalled for several years under three previous builders. The project suffered from poor management and supervision - inadequate scheduling, missed deadlines, substandard workmanship and multiple failed municipal inspections. These issues resulted in significant delays and vacancy tax charges for the owner, adding to their stress.

Approaching the final stages of completion, numerous deficiencies needed rectification, including on-site corrections, missing engineering reports, air tightness failures, incorrect inspections, and unresolved accounts payable. The owner reached out to us to bring the project to a close and address these issues comprehensively.

Taking over the project, we collaborated closely with the owner to systematically address each concern. Through diligent effort and effective project management, we successfully obtained the occupancy permit within five months. This allowed the owner to finally move into their completed home, marking the culmination of our efforts to deliver a satisfactory resolution."
