10823 Apartment

This is possibly the smallest apartment you can find. On a typical 400m2 small infill lot, we built a six unit apartment building with full size amenity patio on top. With James Hardie cladding, conrete sidewalk all the way across the whole lot and low maintenance landscaping, this small apartment quitely sits in the vibrant Garneau neighbourhood and tenants enjoy the great walking distance to campus, supermarket and lively Whyte Ave. Interior features quartz countertop, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring and one piece shower tub, etc. They are all budget friendly but durable choices and designed for long term tenancy use purposes at planning stage of this project.
